Some people came to the
world without knowing what life holds for them. For some people, they are born
with golden spoon, for others, they are like witness to events. But for
whichever one, we need to bring God forward to remain at our stratum or to change
out transitional watch dog nature. For Ms. Rose Samuel, hers was a case of
anguish, woe and torment. Rose Samuel from Akwa Ibom State never imagined in
her wildest dream that her life would be turned into such obscurity after
marriage. She looks at her marriage pictures and what she sees is a sparkling
young lady with vitality. But just few years later, a hysterectomy made her age
ten years overnight - leaving her with hollow, anguish and bleeding in the heart.
Hysterectomy is the surgical removal of all or part of the uterus. In
hysterectomy, the uterus and cervix are removed. Most hysterectomies are done
because of heavy or abnormal vaginal bleeding that cannot be linked to any
specific cause and cannot be controlled by other means;
however, after the operation
menstruation is expected to permanently stop and the woman loses the ability to
bear children. That was the case of sister
Rose Samuel.
Ms. Rose bled uncontrollably for fifteen years during her marriage
before her husband kicked her out saying he was tired of packing blood. Rose
did not only have to deal with living marriage, but she suffers stigma,
rejection and the depression of childlessness; she was left wondering in the
world of her own.
Because of the problem she
relocated to Cameron to begin a new life. In Cameroon life was not easy either;
she lives from hand to mouth with her menial business. Suitors turn back once
they notice she stuffed herself to control bleeding. “What do I do with myself
“she continue asking herself. But who will provide answer to this? Her
consolation and hope is that God still lives and on a good day, her helper will
come. Indeed, the helper came. The effectual fervent prayer of the righteous man
availeth much (James 5:16b).Rose has connected up her faith to testimonies she
heard from the Truth Visionary Mission (TTVM) through her sister Mrs. Helen
Bassey, who also got her own testimony from the TTVM Church. “Only if I am able to get to the church, I
will equally receive my healing” She soliloquized. Opportunity called when her sister Mrs. Helen invited her to the church
monthly anointing service. She defied the high ocean surge between Nigeria and
Cameroon to attend the program. She arrived Ikotun Nigeria (Location of TTVM)
with little amount of money that can hardly provide meals to her. She joined
the Sunday service with other thousand worshippers. After the service, she
stayed behind to consult God through the Anointed woman of God, prophetess
Ngozi Okafor. Unfortunately, because of the huge number of people that also
want to see the anointed, she was pressing the church workers to see if she
could go for consultation. But rather, she was asked to observed fasting and
prayers for 12 days. She was wondering how she could do fasting with her
condition. On persistence pressure, she was asked to drink Holy water and a
‘Holy water bath’ in the church. She obliged and followed the worker.
Rose took a cup of ‘Holy water; and immediately she became fitful,
feeling like she wants to deliver a baby. She complained to her sister Bassey,
but she shunned her not to complain. Not contenedt, she went to the brother to
complain that she is feeling one-kind-one
kind’ (state of restlessness). The brother then asked her to take a ‘Holy
water bath’ which she did. Coming out from the bathroom, Rose felt like a heavy
load has been lifted from her. She checked herself for a moment and discovered
that the blood has ceased to flow. Astound but excited, she wanted to shout,
but paused for a while. Have I gotten my healing, am I dreaming, is this some
kind of joke or what?
So many questions at a time. But the truth is that Rose has gotten her
miracle on the ground of the Truth Missionary Vision even without consulting
with the anointed woman of God prophetess Ngozi Okafor. She leaped with joy
shouting and singing. I am free, I am healed, I am healed from the bleeding”.
Is this a replicate of the woman with issue of blood in the Bible? Your answer
is as good as mine. Praise the God that has never failed
You will be the next to testify in the mighty name of Jesus.
